No. Talura works with your existing SIP provider (e.g. Sipgate, Deutsche Telekom, Placetel). We configure forwarding so only the calls you actually want to hand off go to Talura.
For the AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, etc.) and voices (ElevenLabs, Cartesia, etc.) you have your own accounts and pay providers directly. Talura does not subsidize API costs — never, for anyone. Upside: you stay in full cost control, no lock-in. If OpenAI drops prices 30 % tomorrow, you benefit directly. Hosted in Germany. Calls are stored encrypted and auto-deleted after your chosen retention period. DPA (Auftragsverarbeitung / data processing agreement) on request. Self-hosting on your own infrastructure is possible (Enterprise plan).
