Formula: Calls × missed-% × conversion-% × avg-revenue = lost revenue/month

The conversion rate applies to missed calls — i.e. if you would actually pick up these calls, what percentage would become customers? In most industries this is significantly higher than for cold outreach because inbound callers are actively searching.
